All prices are based on the provision of vehicle hire and 1 x Crown Security Chauffeur
* Minimum 3 hour hire, based on 30 mile mileage allowance.
** Based on 8 hour day and 80 mile mileage allowance.
*** Based on 8 hour day, 5 days Mon-Fri and 400 mile mileage allowance
Saturdays, Sundays plus 10% surcharge. Public holidays plus 15% surcharge
15% additional charges apply for night rates between the hours of 11pm and 4am and weekends.
Excess mileage charged at £2.00 per mile. All charges exclude parking fees.
All other additional expenses incurred by Crown Security personnel (for overnight accommodation, meals etc.) will be discussed and agreed beforehand.
All vehicles are subject to availability.
All bookings are subject to 25% deposit. The remaining balance is payable in full before hiring
Payments by credit cards will subject to a 3.5% surcharge.
Cancellations :
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice will not incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours of hire will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 24 hours of hire will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 12 hours of hire will incur the 100% hire charge.
